Red onion
Lemon grass in jar
Fry onion the shoots and chilli
Fry chicken or pork mince
Big heap of fish sauce
Let cool
Cucumber with seeds chopped out
Cherry tomatos
More red onion fresh
Mint leaves break up or corianda
Mint best
Add in meat warm ok
Couple of lemons juiced
Add more fish sauce to salty it up
Serve with jasmin rice

oh yeah it's awesome. i've had it in restaurants and it's not as good as this recipe! and it's easy to make. i've made it for people who have asked for the recipe and then they make it for other people.
